To help us to ensure that your display graphics are produced to the highest quality, please follow our guidelines below.

How to provide files:

We can accept files prepared in the following software:

 Mac or PC format:

• Quark 8 and below
• Adobe Creative Suite CS5 and below
• Hi-resolution PDFs

Please supply files in the standard format of the above specifications. Please ensure that all colour scans are CMYK, not RGB.

Note: Please prepare artwork to scale and allow for bleed off the page.

Images:

The image size depends on the final size to be printed. Please ensure that all scans are to the following specifications depending on what size you set your artwork. Scans should be saved as EPS.

Illustrator files:
If Illustrator files are converted to curves or paths and scaled more than 100% to reach the final print size, they will show flat edges on curved parts of the text. Therefore always prepare Illustrator files at 100%. If you are importing them into a program such as QuarkXpress the logo will be at the following size depending on the artwork size:

Fonts:
Please provide us with all the fonts used.

Proofs and pantone colours:
Please provide a colour or black-and-white proof with your artwork. Mark the pantone colours on the proofs.
We will try to match Pantone colours as closely as possible.
